Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help Rachael and Tim, who cannot decide to do with their home in Wandsworth, south London. New Jersey-born Rachael wants to up sticks and move to the countryside to bring up their children in more rural surroundings, and she is finding their four-bedroom semi something of a squeeze. However, local lad Tim would rather stay closer to his friends and family. Kirstie comes up with a plan to make better use of the space, while Phil aims to show the couple three properties that prove the grass is greener outside the M25.
