Mina and Karen snag a four-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex for only $4,000. But with one of the worst foundations they've ever seen combined with unsafe floor joists on the second floor, Mina expects to spend upwards of $200,000 on the renovation. When Tad demos the chimney and puts a hole in the roof, the women grow more concerned about their budget.
