Harbor Division

Malloy has to sell two ballet tickets after his date cancels on him and gets needled by the squad. The officers are patrolling the Harbor Division and handle calls for a boat owner overcharged for fuel by a dealer, pull over a driver with a suspicious box on top of his car, investigate a suspicious young couple, pull over an astrologer for reckless driving, and a drunk shooting from the crows nest of a ship.
